How do I register for my first lesson?
Register easily online! Your first lesson is 20% off. After your first session, you can purchase a package and schedule your future lessons at your convenience.
How does scheduling work after I register?
Once you’re a registered student, you can:
- Book individual lessons directly from our calendar booking system.
- Secure your preferred dates and times for your purchased package upfront.
We recommend booking in advance to ensure you get your ideal time slots!
What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
- We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises.
What ages and grades do you work with?
We specialize in tutoring students from Pre-K through 12th grade, including college readiness programs. Lessons are fully customized based on each student’s individual needs and learning style.

Are your tutors certified?
Yes! Our tutors are highly trained, experienced educators, many of whom are certified in Orton-Gillingham, structured literacy programs, and specialized techniques for struggling learners.
Can tutoring sessions be virtual or in-person?
We offer both virtual and in-person tutoring options! Depending on your location and needs, you can choose what works best for your family.
How long are the sessions?
Each tutoring session includes 45 minutes of direct instruction, plus an additional 15 minutes built in after the lesson for parent questions, feedback, and to address any concerns.
How do I buy a tutoring package?
After your first session, you can select a tutoring package that fits your goals. Packages offer discounted rates compared to individual lessons. You can purchase packages online or by contacting us directly.
What happens if we miss a session?
If you notify us with at least 24 hours’ notice, we can reschedule your session. Missed sessions without appropriate notice may be forfeited according to our cancellation policy.
How do I pay for lessons?
You can pay online through our secure booking system when you register or purchase a package. Payment options include credit/debit cards.
Do you offer progress reports?
Yes! We provide periodic updates on your child’s progress. We also encourage open communication with parents to make sure goals are being met.
